Enable AJAX add to cart buttons on archives

In the woocommerce settings for Products in the admin panel. There is a setting for “Enable AJAX add to cart buttons on archives “. Usually this would leave the shopper on the page that they click the add to cart button from. However currently even with that setting enabled. They are being taken to the cart page. We are using the multipurpose-ecommerce-pro theme. Any ideas?
