Having a hard time downloading theme

I am trying to download the finance accounting theme but for the first step, It tells me to go to my wordpress’s dashboard/appearance and then to the set up wizard. However, in my dashboard I don’t see the setup wizard. All your help is highly appreciated I have sent you guys an email.
