cannot change the language to display

Hi, I cannot change the language on my site made with “aagaz startu pro” for French although the translation files are present (aagaz-startup-fr_FR.mo & .po).
The administration can remain in English but I must be able to change the display on the site (next, category, no comment, by,… for French.
