I’ve been having the time with Katie Writer Pro. The theme continuously makes working on the site impossible as saving a customization will more often than not result in the white page — with the only way out is to go back. The theme definitely loads faulty plugins. I am not thrilled at all with this theme, which I thought would make my life easier.
Here’s what I do and what happens: I install the theme via upload. I then install the demo site as well as all the plugins. Now, many times I will be met with the white page of nothing when going to Media or other parts of the dashboard. Likewise, the site will often not load. And customization, when it works, will often not save.
I have the latest php for the database. The latest WP version. Everything is up-to-date.
I cannot express enough how disappointed I am with this theme. Looks lovely, works horribly.
