Menu issues and Logo size/shape

Hello I have purchased T-Shirt Ecommerce WordPress Theme,
My web guy is having issues sorting out the menues, and logo shape, mostly on the mobile/tablet version.
This is what he said in the email:
Hi Alberto,
I’ve spent a few days battling away with the theme… there are some serious issues with the theme itself, to be honest I think they’ve sold you a bit of a lame duck, if you pardon the phrase.
I have had to change the menu back to the old menu because it didn’t work at all on mobile/tablet view. I can’t change the logo on phone or tablet either, it just squashes it as you saw before.

I have also sent you an email from my registered address.
I need a solution ASAP. I have already spent too much money and time, and the website is not working properly
