Missing Top Bar setting in home page

I don’t see top bar setting in home page setting. I have downloaded multipurpose e-commerce themes couple of hour ago. Please help.

Hi,
Thank you for sending me links but this is not resolving the issue. I have 2 issues with this theme.
1. The Top Bar setting is not visible in the home section under customizing.
2. Step two installation using FTP- After unzipping the file, I don’t see theme folder so which file needed to be uploaded on the server.
Can you please also check- Contact us is giving me an error message I am not able to send you a message. I would like to talk by email. Please help. Thank you
