Mobile Menu not working

Hi,
I bought the theme Shams Solar Pro Version: 1.1.5 and I´m having serious problems customizing:

1. Mobile navigation button is not working. Why? I have correct setup menu, desktop version is ok, but button within menu navigation is not working.
