My purchased Tanfri Travel Pro theme is not compatible with my site

I’ve been trying for days to get my site up and running. After multiple calls to troubleshoot this problem, I’ve been told by multiple support people at Bluehost that my theme is not compatible. I couldn’t access my dashboard on WordPress for days. It was just a blank white screen. Please either remedy this or give me my money back.
