Required Plugins for Charity Pro

I purchased the Foster Charity Pro Theme and Got it installed; It says I need two plugins, but it doesn’t install them.
I need the Title Banner Image, and WooCommerce. I click on Install and it says
Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.

I am having a second issue: I cant find the location to change the background loader colors. I don’t want it to be orange.
