Category Panel
The Category Panel section allows you to display selected collections in a clean stacked layout. It is perfect for featuring new arrivals, seasonal collections, or key product categories. This layout improves navigation and highlights important collections without requiring customers to dig through menus.
1. How to Add the Category Panel Section
You can feature specific collections on your homepage or other pages to help customers explore categories quickly:
- Go to Shopify Admin → Online Store → Themes.
- Click Customize on the Emoll-Apario theme.
- Use the page selector to choose the page where you want to add the section.
- Click Add Section and select Category Panel.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
2. Category Panel Settings
- Color scheme: Choose a predefined color style for the section to match your store’s branding.
- Column Alignment: Choose how columns are aligned within the section.
- Spotlight List Style: Select the style for displaying the spotlight list.
- Subheading: Add a short line above the main heading to provide context for the section.
- Heading: Enter a bold, attention-grabbing title for the section.

Heading Display:
Choose how the heading appears:
- Default: Shows the heading in its original style.
- Uppercase: Converts the heading text to all capital letters.

Image Aspect Ratio:
Select how collection images are displayed:
- Square: Uniform grid for all collections.
- Portrait: Taller images, great for vertical photography.
- Landscape: Wider images, ideal for banners or wide visuals.
- Arrow Border Radius: Set the border radius for the arrow buttons.
3. Configure the Collection Tab Blocks
- Adding a New Tab Block: Click Add Collection Tab Block to create a new tab inside the section.
- Select Collection: Choose the collection to associate with the tab.

Tab Image 1:
- Upload an image to represent the first tab visually.
- Image Label 1: Enter a label for the first tab image.
- Tab Image 1 URL: Add a link for the first tab image.

Tab Image 2:
- Upload the second tab image for another featured collection.
- Image Label 2: Add a label for the second tab image.
- Tab Image 2 URL: Add a link for the second tab image.
- Removing a Tab: Select a tab block and click Remove Block to delete it.
